JulieJulie, E-RYT
“Nothing can compare to this experience—it is an honor, each and everyday I am so grateful!” Julie (Jiwan Shakti Kaur) says of the feeling she gets from practicing and teaching yoga. “It is an amazing gift that we can’t take for granted and one that we need to share with as many people as possible.” Julie, along with her husband Andy, are co-owners of YogaLove. Julie is an Experienced & Registered Yoga Teacher through the Yoga Alliance in Vinyasa yoga and has been practicing Kundalini yoga for years. Julie’s classes offer a fun, challenging, and creative journey into self-discovery—focusing on physical, mental and spiritual growth.


Rachel Welch
Rachel, RYT
Rachel began her yogic journey as a child, her mother being her first teacher. She was trained at Saraswati River Yoga under the direction of Parvathi Nanda Nath and David Pittenger. Teaching in the Saraswati River Yoga Method, Rachel does her best to hold the space for experience, emotion and joy in class. Through this lineage tradition, Rachel hopes to share the beautiful life science of yoga with every person she can. When she isn't practicing or teaching, Rachel loves to write and enjoy life!


Ulla, RYT

Ulla is a Registered Yoga teacher and a graduate of the Saraswati River Yoga Teacher Training Program where she continues to study under Parvathi Nanda Nath Saraswati and David Pittenger. Ulla feels that she has found her passion in being able to share this beautiful gift of yoga with her fellow students. In addition to teaching yoga, Ulla's professional background includes managing a HIV/AIDS crisis center. She currently devotes her time to her practice and teaching others.

Nancy, RYT
Nancy is a Yoga Alliance registered teacher and 1st year graduate of YogaLove’s Immersion teacher training. In 2004 Nancy began to explore yoga on a deeper and more personal level and after several years in the fitness industry wanted to learn more. With love and support, Nancy enjoys sharing the benefit yoga has to offer while allowing others the opportunity for physical and spiritual growth. In addition to instructing yoga, Nancy has over 10 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry and can appreciate the need to regain balance in life and reduce stress. Nancy often finds her center and draws energy from time spent with her family, which includes her husband and their two children.

Sarah, RYT
Sarah (Jnana Sat Devi) is a Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher and graduate of the YogaLove Immersion and Teacher Training in Yardley, PA, where she continues to study with her teachers. She is a firm believer in the power of yoga to cultivate growth and well being in the mind, body, and spirit, and is constantly grateful for the opportunity to share yoga with others. Sarah incorporates classical yogic philosophy, breath work, meditation, and mindfulness into her classes so that each student can find their space in each pose and take the joy and ease of their practice off their mat and into their daily lives.

Amy, RYT
Amy is a Registered Yoga Teacher through the Yoga Alliance and a graduate of YogaLove’s 2010 Teacher Training. “It was never my intention to become a yoga instructor. I entered Julie’s teacher training program purely for a deep exploration of myself. What happened while I was there has been life changing and has quickly become my life’s passion. I have dedicated my heart to helping others open their hearts and minds to such a beautiful and scared practice. It has been truly an honor. ” Amy is currently studying intensively under Jordanna Rock-Garden in Center City Philadelphia. Amy creates energetic vinyasa classes, which push her students to be their “best self” both on and off the mat.

Julie and Andy adopted Flip from the Bucks County SPCA, and what a wonderful decision it was! Flip loves to play fetch, eat peanut butter, chase squirrels, get his belly rubbed, take naps in the sun and smell everything! Although a Beagle, Flip is a true Yogi at heart… he loves to stand under you and give kisses while in downward facing dog and sleep between your legs in savasana. Flip is constantly reminding those around him of what is truly important… having fun, sharing love and staying in the present moment.
