All classes listed below are on-going and do not require
pre-registration.
Simply select the class/es which suit you best and arrive
approximately 5-10 minutes before class start time.

Beginner
New to Yoga or just want a refresher? Come and see what
you’ve been missing! In this class you will learn
the basics in a safe, supportive and fun environment.
Relaxing Flow
Perfect for people of all ages and abilities…
providing an overall gentle and calming experience.
Come relax, de-stress and feel the flow today! All levels
are welcome.
Mixed Level
This “mixed level” Vinyasa class provides
you with a true workout for your mind, body and spirit.
Work at your own pace in a supportive and non-competitive
environment. Modifications/variations will be offered.
